These Diamond shaped Mica Crystals are singing in support of feeling safe. Take one or 2 or 3 of these in your hands and feel the calm begin to fill your body. Create a regular practice of Square Breath (Inhale for the count of 4, Hold for 4 counts, Exhale for the count of 4 and hold for 4 counts) and invite them in to join you. They will hold onto the frequency of the calm and peace that comes from this type of breath work and allow you to tap into it in times of fear and panic when you're not in the right frame of mind to pull out your tools to calm the central nervous system.
