It's in the cards
I’d been feeling inspired to talk more about my energy practice recently. There have been some gentle little nudges from the Universe to be a little more vocal about the things that have helped me to feel well and peaceful and more balanced in my life. I was not enthusiastic about it. I do not excel at promotion. Talking with crystals, creating magical elixirs, transformational work with light and energy, guided meditation…no problem. Telling people about what I do—does not come easily.
But listening to the universe and trusting the messages—that’s something I rarely ignore. And when I did a card reading for myself recently, every single card was about energy healing and sharing my light work out into the world. Message received. Deep, slow breath. Here we go.
A g-d-send
A few years back the universe gifted me with a transformational technique that I have named the O.R.B. experience. It is an acronym for Origin Resonance Bubble. It is a way of connecting and realigning with the Divine. As with all the things the Universe sends me, I experiment on myself and see what happens. Then I offer it as a gift to a few people and see what their experience is.
What the O.R.B. did for me was profound. It was truly, and literally, a g-d-send. I already had the Star Song Elixirs which have supported and healed me through anything that ailed me. They have gently taken me through countless shifts and enormous transformations. I didn’t know that I needed anything else. But the Universe knows what we need, even when we don’t.
The first time I practiced the O.R.B., I noticed an immediate strengthening of my energy body and my immune system. It brought me into direct resonance with source energy. The more often I did the practice, the better I felt. It would not only clear stagnant and dissonant energy, it prevented any toxic energy (from environment or people) from getting back through my personal field.
You know this
Aligning with Origin (the original frequency) is innate. Every single living being on this earth knows this frequency. When we’re knocked out of this natural balance, we don’t feel well. We experience physical pain, emotional upset, stress, fear and anxiety. The noise of technology, the chemicals in our environment and our food, take us further out of harmony with our natural rhythms.
We are always trying to get back to this harmony between body and soul—being human and divine. When we’ve been out of tune with our source for long enough, we start to forget how to shift back into that frequency. We might not be aware that this is why we return to nature or why we are so drawn to crystals and why we meditate.
The original frequency
The ORB is one of the most profound ways of coming back into the origin-al frequency. It takes the body into resonance with creation energy. Your frequency is being re-set to factory settings—optimally aligned and in resonance with the Divine. Attuning to this universal song is all that is needed to return to your natural state of well being. And each time you vibrate in that frequency, you will stay there longer and longer until you live there all the time.
The true test
