Crystals for the Spring Equinox

As the Spring Equinox approaches (March 20th) I have been feeling the shift into the new season in powerful ways. There’s a certain feeling in the air. Something that is hard to put words to. A lightening of the atmosphere and of the heart.

Embodying spring

For a sensitive soul, every earth shift and astral alignment is mirrored in the body. It’s especially so at key earth events like the equinox. We each have our own way of feeling the effects of the seasonal transition. For me it showed up as interrupted sleep, grief, nostalgia and heightened creativity and synchronicity. That was this time. I experience it differently each year. However it happens to show up, becoming aware of the source of these experiences can ease the discomfort and amplify the blessings. 

Listen to your body

There are other ways to enhance the experience of an earth shift. Listening to our body and giving it what it needs during this sacred event is so important. Going deeper into the feelings however they show up can help us move through them with more grace, ease and power. As the earth is expressing through us, we must allow that expression to be given form. This is what releases any discomfort, and what gives presence to the magic. 

Support from the Stones

The stone beings are brilliant at supporting us through event transitions. These children of the earth have experienced incredible upheavals during their growth and they will openly share their wisdom and insights on how to move through them with great light and beauty.

I invited in a Stone Being to journey through the Vernal Equinox with us. Kambaba Jasper came forward and they have a message for us. I will share their song once it has come through.

Spring Cleaning

There is something else that happens during this transition into the new season...a primal urge to clean. We declutter our homes. We may do a body cleanse. We don't always think of cleansing our spirit. I wasn't thinking about it—not consciously. But the crystals reminded me.

As we go through life (this one and others) we sometimes pick up energetic attachments and patterns that play out unconsciously in our lives. These are the issues that we are sure we finally cleared from our lives and then pop up again. Two very special crystal blades recently started singing for me and guided me through a sacred ceremony to cleanse my space and my self. 

My wish for you

The winter is passing. It has been a time of deep inner reflection and silent creativity. May the creations you’ve been gestating spring forth from your depth and blossom with vibrant light as you give birth to all things that give you great joy and much gratification.
