I had been searching for a nice quality Lapis Stone since I first experienced the incredible energy of these stones. These hand polished Lapis Stones from Afghanistan, took my breath away with their depth of color and golden sparkles. Lapis Lazuli vibrates to the number 3 and is the astrological signs of Sagittarius. Lapis Lazuli is a combination of minerals consisting primarily of Lazurite and Calcite - and the highly prized Afghanistan variety also contains Pyrite and is likened to the night sky bedecked with stars. The added sparkle of the Pyrite promotes the connection between the physical plane and the celestial kingdom. It represents the forces of initiation into wisdom and the mystical realm. It can help in overcoming depression and enhances the states of serenity and self-acceptance. It is said to bring cheer to the user and to bring success in relationships. It can be used to balance the male-female yin-yang energies. It has been used with Rutilated Quartz to shield and build the aura.
